• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Timeframe for Exchange:

• You may request an exchange within  7 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be received by us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
